Common questions
Is Lite really free forever?
Yes. Internal loads, LRs up to 15 a month, POD, and your profile stay free with no time limit. You only pay if you choose to upgrade.
What happens after my 90 free days?
Everything is unlocked for the first 90 days. After that you simply continue on Lite for free, or move to Pro or Business if you want the bigger limits.
When do I pay the 1% marketplace fee?
Only when you fill a load through the open marketplace and unlock a new contact. Loads handled within your own network are always free.
Will others see my rates or margin?
No. Your spread is never displayed. Each party in a load sees only the side that concerns them — the way you already work.
